We stay in a double room quite often, it is good-sized and functional. The service is outstanding, including shuttle to the airport and wonderful breakfasts. The location is good and beautiful, as the hotel is based down market for Wyndham.

Comfortable quiet and well-organised room with coffee and a carpet and worth every penny view from it.

Great and fantastic location for our visit to Van Gogh Museum not too far away from the hotel. Quite close to the airport, 15 km, perfect for an early flight. A carpark in the streets provided. Shuttle available to the airport if needed.
Beds were slightly uncomfortable.

Staff was friendly. Good breakfast. Standard European set, all delicious and high quality. Hot good scrambled, mushrooms, had sausages and ham. There's weak salted salmon, 4 or 6 kinds of cheese. It's nice to have dinner on the terrace in warm weather. Your parking outside under the barrier, there's always room.
room furniture isn't quite fresh. One big towel smelled like chlorine to the body. It wasn't very comfortable that our room was on the ground floor (we didn't understand it when ordering) and window was only halfway across the wall. It's hard to explain, I'm attaching a photo. That is, we could see the feet of people walking along the paths near the canal to which the windows overlook (there is a boat parking lot). People walk rarely and there is a curtain, that is nothing is visible in the room, for us it was unexpected and it would be more comfortable to have a standard window. there was a place on our window where you could sit (there are stairs like in the pool) and for someone it would be romantic. You sit, you drink wine and you look at the canal. window doesn't open. It's a shame that the window wasn't tidied up behind this couch, wrappers from past guests and spider web on top. You can't take the elevator down to our room. It's only on foot. Consider this if you have a lot of luggage or if you're with a child. on the whole, it doesn't spoil the holiday experience.

The handwritten letter and treats left by the staff made my family's stay feel special. The eco-friendly room cleaning incentive for a restaurant voucher was a good surprise.

The design of the hotel was excellent, showcasing
A unique blend of modern aesthetics with artistic elements. The fake plants throughout were a letdown, particularly since they undermined the overall ambiance of the otherwise lush vibe.

Rooms with canal view have a wonderfull view over four canals' jonction. Comfortable bed.
We booked a "deluxe room", but it was anything but "deluxe". Old bathroom furniture (bath tub, sink, toilet), no bathrobe, no bath slippers. The bath tub was old and dirty (unusable from my perspective). To flush the toilet you need to push several times the lever. As late arrivals at reception we received a room half underground.

We changed our booking to suit. We liked the quit location and the reception. Also, there policy to prevent smoking in the rooms. However the room smell was bad for me
There were a bad smell in the room. No service for taking bags to the room or from the room. When cleaning the room they did not change the towels or provide coffee other than what we used. There is only coffee and coffee maker (I like tea)

great breakfast but small room
The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of options, and the harbor view from the dining room created a nice morning atmosphere. The hotel's proximity to the museum district made it easy to explore the local attractions on foot.
